We have a structured and informative group course available to people however, this is not suited to everyone as some of us prefer a one to one based programme which can be tailored to suit the individual.

Positive Minds offer a face-to-face stress management service within the North West England area. We can arrange a home visit or you can attend an alternative venue.

Alternatively, should you be struggling to attend face-to-face sessions and want to access our service then we can offer telephone based sessions which provide assessment and guided self-help interventions to encourage positive change to your life whilst educating you on your current symptoms.

Please note we may recommend a self-help book to support you through your programme at a maximum cost of £15. This is optional.

All sessions must be paid for in full prior to starting the programme.
